Our partner charities now have access to a new software program that will streamline the ordering process. Agency Express is our new inventory control program that will allow our partner charities to see our inventory in real time, place an order any time of the day or night and get real-time confirmation through the system.
After the training session on how to use the program, Kaden Blankenship, from New Day Ministries in Sandusky, replied in a questionnaire, “I am excited to take this new route! I am happy with this decision. Thank you!” Most others had similar responses.
Along with the benefits to our partner charities, this program will create greater efficiencies for Second Harvest. It will free up staff time, sync directly with Ceres, our inventory and accounting software, reduce errors and shorten order lead-time.
