Cooking and Storage - Food Safety - January 2019

Join us for Cooking and Storage for Food Safety training! Please come prepared with a notebook and writing utensil to take notes.
Lunch will not be provided, but we will have coffee and snacks, and a 30 minute break between Storage and Cooking classes.

This food safety is required for all hot meal programs.

  • Required: New “person-in-charge” running your program, usually a program coordinator OR
    • Required: New person with regular cooking, serving, storage, and transportation responsibility
  • Required: Current volunteers/staff whose 3 year certificates have expired
  • Optional: Any new volunteer/staff who would benefit
