New classes for Food Safety Training are available. Joseph Hrinda will host training days on the third Thursday of each month. At least one person from each program must attend one or both of the classes. If one or more of your staff has already completed this training, you do not have to repeat the classes. However, any additional staff who would like to participate are welcome to take advantage of these training sessions.

The training will take place in two sessions, as follows:
- Session 1: Food Handling - 9:30 - 11:30 AM (Required for all programs)
- Session 2: Food Preparation - 12:30 - 2:30 PM (Required for all Soup Kitchen and Shelter programs)
