SNAP & Benefits Outreach Coordinator
SNAP & Benefits Outreach Coordinator will work to increase awareness of and participation in the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and other benefit or food access programs in Lorain County. Outreach methods include digital strategies such as G-SNAP and a direct application assistance process. The position will coordinate outreach and education at sites across Lorain County, at Second Harvest Mobile Pantries, and across Second Harvest media and referral platforms. Responsible for staying informed about federal and state SNAP policies and legislation, monitoring changes, and understanding their implications for outreach and assistance efforts.
Events & Campaign Specialist
Second Harvest is seeking Events & Campaign Specialist to join our team. This role will be key in supporting and organizing Second Harvest’s fundraising events and campaigns, including Generous Helpings, Harvest for Hunger, Holiday Cheer, Hunger Action Month, and other important donor events.
Direct Distribution Coordinator
We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Direct Distribution Coordinator. This canidate will play a key role in the coordination and logistics of Second Harvest’s direct distribution programs, including Mobile Pantries, Produce Pantries, Enablement Programs and Special Distribution Projects.
